Welcome to FirmLawCare, providing legal support for small companies at Domain firmlawcare.club. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

FirmLawCare offers tailored legal guidance, contract drafting, compliance review and related advisory services. Each engagement is governed by a written agreement outlining tasks, schedule and fees.

2. Website Use

This site is provided for informational purposes. Access implies acceptance of content as is. We strive for accuracy but make no promises regarding completeness.

3. Engagement Process

Clients may contact us via phone at +41761814807 or through our contact form. Upon confirmation, we will schedule meetings, outline milestones and deliverables.

4. Fees and Payment

Details of charges are set out in the engagement letter. Clients agree to pay by credit card or wire transfer within the timeframe specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Support Services

Cancellations made at least seven days before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund. If canceled within seven days, clients may request a credit toward future services. Completed sessions are non refundable due to work performed and scheduling commitments. Clients may request to reschedule any session at no extra charge if notice is given at least three days in advance.

5.2 Info-Product

Our digital guides and webinars may be canceled within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund, provided no download or access has occurred. Once access is granted, the purchase is non refundable due to the immediate availability of content.

5.3 Goods

Printed materials and branded items may be returned within thirty days of delivery in original condition. Returns must be shipped at the client’s expense. We will process the refund within fourteen days of receiving the returned item. Alternatively, goods may be replaced with another item of equal value.

6. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total fees paid under the relevant engagement. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential harm arising from our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and disputes shall be heard in courts located in Vaud.
